Designed to help candidates and companies cut through the noise, the Virtual Career Fair connects hundreds of underrepresented job seekers with employers who are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. In our third year, we’ve reached over 400 job seekers and counting.

Our sponsors are hiring companies who care about fostering a more diverse tech workforce. Learn about their culture, benefits, and open positions through a round of lightning talks, then dig a little deeper in breakout rooms. You'll even be able to send direct messages to their hiring teams!

As a Career Fair attendee you'll get exclusive access to the CF Navigator, a prep workshop designed to boost your confidence and give you tools to put your best foot forward at the Career Fair. Our guest speakers will help you practice your personal pitch, help you create a digital business card, and more!

Live support
ChickTech staff are here to support you every step of the way. That's why we have a live help desk on Zoom for the entire day so you can stop by anytime for support. Whether you have a question about the candidate dashboard or just need a little pep talk, we're available. You could even call it the "hype" desk!

More than networking
The Career Fair is also a great way to connect with other professionals. At the end of the day, we'll do an hour of virtual networking for attendees to get to know each other. We know that storytelling is the quickest way to create real connections, so we have a special approach to facilitate deeper discussions than your run of the mill icebreakers.
