We are looking for someone curious and motivated to join our Inside Sales team. You will grow the pipeline for New Relic Sales by engaging with prospects and customers to move them forward in the sales process. This is a meaningful position focused on net new logos, providing an excellent opportunity to develop and advance your career in sales.

What you’ll do
* Actively engage new leads by phone, email, and various professional social channels to attract new customers to New Relic
* Learn to have a business level Discovery call that leads to landing that new deal
* Become proficient around New Relic’s offerings and be able to speak to the value we provide as a SAAS service
* Achieve quarterly quotas of meetings and net new logo sales
* Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, new technologies, and competitors
This role requires
* Experience as an SDR/AE OR some technical training (e.g. coding, programming, etc.)
Bonus points if you have
* Experience within the Observability or SaaS space
* Strong understanding of Salesforce.com
